All orders except saddles are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. You will receive your package in two to four mailing days. Please provide us with a PO Box if you have one. When your package is shipped you get updates by email with tracking information.
Saddles are shipped by UPS. Please provide a physical address for these items.
If you recieve a damaged package please let us know as soon as possible. You will have to take the package to the post office to start a claim.
We are happy to custom make most of the items shown here. Please contact us for more options and delivery time.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Upon receiving your saddle shipment please inspect the box for damage.
When trying out your saddle we ask that you use a clean blanket against the fleece and avoid damaging the saddle in case you need to return it.

Saddles must be repackaged to avoid damage for return shipments
Please contact us within five days of receiving your order if you would like to make a return. The item must be returned in new (unused) condition. We will credit your card, minus shipping cost, when we receive your return shipment.
Please return the item in suitable packaging to prevent damage.
No returns are accepted on CDs or DVDs that are opened.
