Shipping

 

  • Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail. Please provide your mailing address or P.O. Box.
  • Saddles and saddle pads are shipped by UPS. Please provide a physical address for these items.
  • Contact us as soon as possible in regards to damaged packages.

 

 

 

Custom Orders

 

  • We are happy to custom make most of the items shown here. Please contact us for more options and delivery time.
  • Custom orders are not returnable.

 

 

 

Saddle Orders

 

  • Upon receiving your saddle shipment please inspect the box for damage.
  • When trying out your saddle we ask that you use a clean blanket against the fleece and avoid damaging the saddle in case you need to return it.
  • Please notify us before returning a saddle
  • Saddles must be repackaged to avoid damage for return shipments

 

 

 

Returns

 

  • Pleas contact us within five days of receiving your order if you would like to make a return. The item must be returned in new (unused) condition. We will credit your card, minus shipping cost, when we receive your return shipment.
  • Please return the item in suitable packaging to prevent damage.
  • No returns are accepted on CDs or DVDs that are opened.
  • No returns are accepted on food items.
  • No returns are accepted on custom orders.
